These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Breathe Easy™ regarding your purchase and use of our products and website.

📦 Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of a product.

• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer

🛒 Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Orders placed with inaccurate or fraudulent information
• Orders where we suspect fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance is confirmed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods made available at checkout.

Your card is charged at the time of order placement. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store any payment card details.

Order Errors

If you notice an error in your order immediately after placing it, contact us at support@breatheeasy.com as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or events outside our control.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs and are beyond our control. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@breatheeasy.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

📋 Sales Policy

No Returns

Breathe Easy does not accept product returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or product not meeting personal expectations. All purchases are made at the buyer's sole discretion.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product information, ingredient disclosures, and the Medical Disclaimer section of these Terms before placing an order.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of any kind. If you have purchased the wrong pack size or product, we are unable to swap or exchange your order. Please review your selection carefully before completing checkout.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

In the event that a verified carrier confirms an order as lost in transit — meaning the package was never delivered and tracking has not updated within a reasonable window — we will, at our sole discretion, investigate the matter and may issue a one-time replacement. This does not apply to orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Order Errors by Breathe Easy

If we ship you the wrong item or a materially defective product due to an error on our part, contact us at support@breatheeasy.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, where verified, arrange a replacement at no cost to you. This is the sole remedy available for fulfilment errors.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks and to refuse future orders from customers who have engaged in chargeback abuse.

⚕️ Medical Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body. Breathe Easy nasal strips are intended for general wellness and comfort purposes only.

If you have a medical condition affecting your breathing, airway, or sleep (including sleep apnea, chronic sinusitis, deviated septum, or respiratory disease), consult a qualified healthcare professional before using nasal strips or relying on them as a treatment.

Do not use nasal strips if you have open wounds, sunburn, rash, or active skin conditions on the nose bridge. Discontinue use if you experience skin irritation, redness, or discomfort that persists after removal.

Results may vary. Individual outcomes depend on factors including nose shape, skin type, breathing anatomy, and consistent usage.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
• Impersonate Breathe Easy, our staff, or any other person or entity
• Engage in fraudulent activity including false chargebacks or payment disputes
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Resell our products commercially without our written authorisation
• Use our brand name, trademarks, or imagery without our permission

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

For customers in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence, which cannot be waived by contract.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted.
